when ordering a custom video you are agreeing and stating that you understand everything listed here:

Content Policy:

kengy asmr does not do sexually explicit content nor NSFW content. This includes but is not limited to: bikini/lingerie outfits, sexual poses, sexual noises/sayings, etc. kengy asmr does not film anything below the waist. kengy asmr will decline such requests. kengy asmr is not responsible for excluding ideas of such sorts on channel or custom videos. kengy asmr is also not responsible for videos that she is not comfortable doing. I will decline any ideas I am uncomfortable with, and this must be respected.

Specific Content I will NEVER do:

-NSFW Content

CASHAPP, PayPal, and Venmo Policy:

It is the customers part to pay kengy asmr before receiving the video product(s). kengy asmr will NEVER send video products without payment. kengy asmr will also never give video product(s) unless the rate is paid in full. Please also think about paying at first confirmation of custom video, as this is what guarantees you will receive your custom video!

Failure of Payment Policy:

Failure of payment to kengy asmr will not provide you a custom video. If video is pre-filmed, and payment is neglected at final question, then the video will not be provided in any form. I will decide whatever I want to do with the video.

Late Custom Video Policy:

kengy asmr is not responsible for late custom video delivery. kengy asmr does not create custom videos for a living, and is not responsible for late customs, if they are produced later than promised. This goes for normal and express package deliveries. Please understand that I cannot devote my entire life to custom video making, as of right now. But I try my absolute best to get you your custom videos as quickly as I can. Normally I will add additional time to customs if there is lateness on my part to the custom delivery. I will only do this though if there is mutual patience between buyer and creator.

Customer Reliance Policy:

To my most trustworthy and repurchasing customers, I appreciate you. However special treatment will never be provided. This includes early release of custom videos, lower/reduced pricing, discount pricing, and leniency with video ideas and policy. This also includes the advancement of outside work or talk on private platforms. This includes texting, video calling, and direct messaging outside of the custom ordering process. Please note that I keep the same code of conduct for each purchaser.

Asmr Content Policy

It is to the viewers part to seek medical attention if need be whilst dealing with conditions of mental health and illness. I am not a trained professional, and wish not to be upheld by the liabilities of such. Asmr should NEVER be used as a form of treatment, diagnosis or replacement of real professional therapy. kengy asmr is not responsible for the treatment and diagnosis of the viewer.
